Security Deposit Pre-Authorization

Pre-Authorization Amount - We will pre-authorize a security deposit of $500 on your credit card at the time of booking. This is a hold on funds and not an actual charge.
Refundable Deposit - The security deposit is fully refundable, provided there are no damages, missing items, or house rule violations during your stay.
Damages - Any damages to the property, its contents, or any fixtures and fittings will be assessed, and the cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit.
Missing Items - If any items are found to be missing after your stay, the cost of these items will be deducted from the security deposit.
House Rule Violations - Violation of house rules, as outlined in our welcome guide or communicated to you prior to your stay, may result in partial or full forfeiture of the security deposit. House rules include, but are not limited to, no smoking, no pets (unless pre-approved), and no parties or events without prior permission.
Right to Deduct Costs - We reserve the right to deduct any costs to cover the damage or missing items from your security deposit. The amount deducted will correspond to the actual cost incurred to rectify the damage or replace the missing items.
Inspection - A thorough inspection of the property will be conducted after your departure. This inspection will determine if there are any damages, missing items, or house rule violations.
Refund Process - After the inspection, the pre-authorization hold will be released within 7 business days, provided there are no issues. If deductions are necessary, you will be notified of the amount and the reasons for the deduction. The remaining balance, if any, will be released within 14 business days after inspection.
Acceptance of Terms - By booking and staying at our property, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions regarding the pre-authorization and handling of the security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund (100%) - Guests can receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the check-in date.
Partial Refund (50%) - Guests can receive a 50% refund if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the check-in date.
No Refund - No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 30 days before the check-in date.
